Weekend Eats
I know, I know, I know. I hear you. I am tired of eating the same old thing too. I too have dug out the old cookbooks. I keep looking in the fridge and asking myself, what is it exactly that I am hungry for. I, dear readers, have an answer for you.
North Carolina BBQ is currently being redefined on the back porch of my friend’s house in Hendersonville, NC. Pat has retired his homemade smoker and gone hog wild and high end with a Green Egg. Pat still has the plans for the $100 smoker on the site, as well his accessory list for his Egg. What you want to check out though are his recipes, rub suggestions, and a forth coming cast iron cooking section.
